Morris Woodruff


Morris Woodruff obtained a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln in 1981. Subsequently, in 1984, he received his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Morris was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in 1984 and to the Missouri Bar in 1986. Morris served as an attorney for the Missouri Department of Social Services for nine years before joining the Public Service Commission in 1998. He was named chief regulatory law judge on Aug. 1, 2009.
