FY-10-35 -- PSC Grants Certificate to Seges Partners Mobile Home Park to Provide Water and Sewer Service

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- August 13, 2009

JEFFERSON CITY—The Missouri Public Service Commission has approved an application filed by Seges Partners Mobile Home Park, L.L.C. to provide water and sewer service in Callaway County near Holts Summit, Missouri.

As a part of this case, water and sewer rates have been set. A residential customer using 4,000 gallons of water a month will have a water bill of approximately $21.97 a month and a sewer bill of approximately $30.36 a month.

On July 24, 2009, the PSC staff filed a recommendation advising the Commission to approve the application. Based upon a review of the application and the PSC staff recommendation, the Commission determined the application should be approved.
