VoIP Registration

VoIP service refers to Interconnected Voice over Internet Protocol service as defined in Section 386.020(23) RSMo. House Bill 1779 became effective on August 28, 2008 and Section 392.550 RSMo of this legislation authorizes the Missouri Commission to grant registrations to provide interconnected voice over Internet protocol service. According to this statute the Commission shall grant a registration no later than thirty days following the filing of an application for such registration.
